Why Pulpware

Exacerbated by the copious use of throw-away plastics, the proportion of plastic contributing to municipal waste constitute 10% of the waste generated worldwide. Moreover, the take away food and most of those delivered online become carcinogenic because of the chemical reaction caused when hot food comes in contact with plastic.

Usage

The usage of plastic cutlery and tableware has been growing at an enormous rate causing serious harm to the environment. Plastic wastes are indeed the biggest threat to the environment. Everyday, innumerable number of plastic waste is improperly disposed resulting in deterioration of environment. Owing to their non-degradable nature, plastic products are a big hit commercially but pose a major threat to the environment. It takes hundreds of years to decompose completely. Meanwhile it breaks into small pieces which remain embedded in the soil causing Soil Pollution, choking the drainage systems and posing serious threat to the aquatic and wildlife.
